How to Measure Your Watch’s Lug Width

Finding your watch’s exact lug size takes just a few seconds using a metric ruler or digital caliper:

Measure the inside distance (gap) between the two metal lugs of your watch case where the strap attaches.

Record the measurement in millimeters (mm). Standard sizes are 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, or 24mm.

Do not measure across the middle of an old leather strap, as worn leather can stretch or warp over time; measure directly between the watch lugs or across the spring bar channel of your current strap.

Leather Care & Maintenance

Routine Cleaning: Wipe down the strap with a clean, dry or barely damp microfiber cloth after daily wear to remove surface dust, perspiration, and skin oils.
